Athletics Registration

If your child intends to play a sport at CSLA this year, we ask that you complete the registration process ASAP.  While it can be done anytime up to the start of the particular season, it really helps in planning if you do it early.  If your child changes their mind, just alert the Athletics Office; the registration is obviously not binding.

You need only fill out the registration once each year, but we ask you keep the Athletics Office up-to-date on the sports in which your child will participate.

PHYSICALS

Physicals are required for 7th-12th grade student-athletes.  This is an Oregon State law.  We must submit the physical on the correct form every 2 years.  So, the norm is prior to 7th, 9th and 11th grades.  More detailed information is in the Registration packet.

FEES

Sports Fees are not due until the first game/match date for the given sport.  Payment should be sent or dropped off directly to our FINANCE Office, or marked FINANCE and left in our Main Office, or paid online.  Please do not drop off payments with coaches or the Director of Athletics!  Online payments are being handled through SQUARE with the link available inside the Registration forms, or you can Pay Online Here.
