Lewis Academy. Clive Staples Lewis (1898 – 1963) was a professor at Oxford University. His creativity and skill as an apologist for the Christian faith make him a figure for students to emulate. He fully enjoyed learning, had a fine sense of humor, and made lasting literary and philosophical contributions to our heritage.
