Once you have completed your campus tour (click here to schedule), applying is easy using our Online Application. This online process simplifies submission and provides parents with a tool for tracking their admissions status after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted with each application.
To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application until it has been submitted.
As part of the application you will be asked to provide supplemental documentation (varies by grade, but may include report card, transcript, test scores, etc.). Please allow time to request and receive these documents as they are required as part of the application process.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There, you will be able to print the completed application(s), monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
All applicants and parents/guardians are required to meet for an interview with our Principal and, possibly faculty members, as part of the admissions process. The Principal will schedule this interview after the application has been submitted.
If you plan to apply for Financial Aid, please visit our Financial Aid page for details. Applications will be handled through FACTS program. Please do not apply for Financial Aid until after you have applied for admission.
If you have questions, please feel free to contact our finance team at finance@cslewisacademy.com 503-538-6458.
Upon acceptance, typically 7-10 days after application is complete, including interview, you will be given instructions on enrollment. The enrollment fee will be due at this time and you will be given the information on payment plans.
If you have questions, please feel free to contact our Admissions Director, Kim Eubanks, at admissions@cslewisacademy.com.
