Step 1A: Submit required documents
As part of the application you will be asked to provide supplemental documentation (varies by grade, but may include report card, transcript, test scores, etc.). Please allow time to request and receive these documents as they are required as part of the application process.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There, you will be able to print the completed application(s), monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
Step 2: Interview
All applicants and parents/guardians are required to meet for an interview with our Principal and, possibly faculty members, as part of the admissions process. Please schedule this interview after the application has been submitted.
Step 3: Apply for Financial Aid
If you plan to apply for Financial Aid, please visit our Financial Aid page for details. Applications will be handled through our FAST program. Please do not apply for Financial Aid until after you have applied for admission.
If you have questions, please feel free to contact our Finance Manager, Katy Ambrose, at 503-538-6458.
Step 4: Acceptance and Enrollment
Upon acceptance, typically 7-10 days after application is complete, including interview, you will be given instructions on enrollment. The enrollment fee will be due at this time and you will be given the information on payment plans.
If you have questions, please feel free to contact our Admissions Coordinator, Lynelle Vivanco, at 503-538-0114.
