After School Program (ASP)

• This will be intended as a service to help fill in the gap between a parent’s work schedule and school dismissal time
• Advanced sign-up up required at the end of the previous month for the upcoming month
• We will be providing care for kindergarten- fifth-grade students
• During this program we will not be accepting drop-ins
• We will have designated homework, social, and physical activity, and enrichment time
• Charged on a daily rate through CSLA FACTS incidental billing according to the monthly sign-up for the reserved spot
• We understand there may be times your child may be ill or have another unavoidable conflict, but due to scheduling in advance we will not have refunds for the days they can not be present.

SIGN-UP

• Please continue to make sure your emergency contacts, medical records including any allergies your child may have, and approved drivers for pickup are updated in FACTS.

RATES

Must pick one payment option for the month:

• $20 per day, past 4:30 pm up to 6 pm.
• $12 per day, up to 4:30 pm

• Sibling discount of 5%
• There will be a late pickup fee of $10 every 5 minutes you are late for either payment option.

PROJECTED SCHEDULE (subject to change)

• 2:40 - School Dismissal     
• 3:00 - Snack time with prayer
  Clean-up and bathroom breaks 
• 3:30 - Recess 
• 4:00 - Daily Crafts
• 4:30 - Homework help / quiet reading time Bathroom breaks 
• 5:15 - Free time / stations
• 6:00 - Pickups

STUDENT SAFETY

• Required pre-approved student pickups with ID shown upon arrival.   
• Age-appropriate games/activities and movies 
• Boy or girl bathroom breaks with similar age only    
• Cleaning products and medication stored in a locked cabinet
• Outside play is always supervised by a C.S Lewis-approved employee
