Volunteers are an important part of the C.S. Lewis Academy community! While volunteer hours are not required, we encourage every family to get involved when they can. Your time and talents help strengthen our programs, support our staff, and keep costs down.

Become a Cleared Volunteer

Anyone volunteering in a role that requires clearance must complete a background check.

Complete the Volunteer Application

Once your application is received, you will be sent a link to complete the background check. Background checks are renewed every five years.

Processing Schedule: Volunteer requests are processed weekly on Thursdays through October and during the first week of each month thereafter. Please plan ahead!

Become a Cleared Driver

Parents may always transport their own children. To transport other students for a CSLA-coordinated activity, you must first be a cleared volunteer and then complete the driver clearance process.

Cleared drivers must meet CSLA's driving record and insurance requirements.
